DIRECTOR, CONSULTING
DETAILS OF JOB:
- Setting up and running of Workplace Strategy and Change Management Projects. This includes:
- Overseeing, leading and guiding the sales and delivery of workplace strategy and change management program. This will include some level of delivery, such as running the C-Suite Interviews, Senior Staff Workshops, Online Surveys, Focus Group Discussions, etc
- Overseeing, leading, guiding, and coaching more junior consultants as they are on-boarded and learn the requisite skills, and helping to develop our existing team.
- Collaborating with the JLL regional and global Consulting leads.
- Contributing your experience, ideas and innovations to the team and seeking that of the team in return.
- Reporting on and presenting the findings from the Data Collection and Engagement Processes, typically in PowerPoint. We are a lean team, so comfort with some hands-on preparation of collateral is expected.
- Collaborating with other subject matter experts including transaction management and project management.
- Based in Singapore, with flexibility for international travel across the Asia Pacific region at reasonably short notice.
- Reporting to one of our Consulting Leads regionally.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Academic Background: As a minimum tertiary qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Finance and Economics, Communications Skills, Organizational Psychology or similar.
MBA an advantage. - Personal & Professional Background: Extensive evidence of working internationally in a multi-national/multi-cultural context (e.g.: living and working overseas, working locally on projects overseas).
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have 9-20 years of relevant working experience covering some aspect of the workplace arena, such as: a leading role in workplace-related design, transformation, change, office design and fit out, change and communications manager, user/human experience.
- Desirable Skills: The candidate should have some will have a combination of analytical, interpersonal, and creative/artistic skills. For example:
- Comfortable with working with concrete data as well as ambiguous ‘people’ issues
- Evidence of collaboration across multiple disciplines to be demonstrated
- Good interpersonal skills to lead workshops and engage 1:1 with regional/global C-suite
- Experience presenting to/engaging with C-suite
- WELL certification desirable
- Good standard of spoken and written English to write reports and review newsletters
- Comfort with data and spreadsheets (e.g.: Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) an advantage
- Strong graphical skills an advantage
- Proficiency in a second Asian language (e.g.: Mandarin) an advantage
