Job Description
-ensure items to be procured to be at the required cost, quality and delivery time
-source for new vendor and products required by the company
-raise PO and payment to vendor
-do filing for all PO and deliveries
-prepare and monitor shipping status of ordered items
-QC samples with creative department and ensure shipment quantity consistent with ordered quantity with warehouse department
-attend buying meeting and trade fairs overseas
Job Requirement
- At least 4-5 years of buying experience preferred
-Good use of Office software like office, email and internet a must
-Able to speak, write & write Chinese and English fluently
-Able to occasionally travel for buying trips
-Living near or around East Side of Singapore
Salary negotiable based on experience and ability of candidate.
