Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Worker/Electrician with a valid driving license to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to electrical maintenance, installation, and general labour duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
you will be required to perform the following:
- Perform electrical repairs and replacements on equipment, wiring, or fixtures as needed. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.
- Assist with various manual tasks, such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials. Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing electrical and general labor tasks.
- Possess a valid driving license to operate company vehicles.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
- Document any changes made during electrical installations or repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an electrician or general worker.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address electrical issues.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
