You will set the direction for systems and network administration, day-to-day IT support and operations, data center operations, cybersecurity and quality assurance through the delivery of services as per requirements; controls costs and vendor management. You will ensure compliance with the hospital's quality standards, national healthcare standards and government regulations. In line with the strategic goals, you are able to impress upon the team the need to continuously improve their service levels and increase efficiency.
Description
- Provide direction to the hospital on major development of technological solutions advancement
- Develop a technology roadmap to align to the organisation’s overall strategy and growth plans
- Influence strategic decisions on future business initiatives related to technology
- Provide leadership in identifying, assessing and managing technology needs within an organization
- Provide leadership in the design and development of major technology solutions
- Oversee the integration and implementation of all solutions to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information within the organization
- Set objectives for IT investments, projects, services and activities to meet the current and future hospital needs
- Build and manage strategic relationship and alliances with stakeholders to achieve the hospital’s technological vision
- Provide mentorship to the team and develop their capabilities to meet the IT needs of the organisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
