Overview:
We are a leading education technology company dedicated to providing online education products and services. We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist with experience in Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations to join our team. This position will focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with KOL partners to enhance the market influence and visibility of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute KOL collaboration projects, recruit, negotiate with, and manage KOL partners to promote our online education products.
- Coordinate daily communication with KOLs, establish good cooperative relationships, and ensure smooth and effective implementation of projects.
- Develop KOL collaboration promotion plans and content strategies to ensure consistency in content quality and brand image.
- Analyze KOL collaboration effectiveness and market feedback, adjust strategies and plans in a timely manner to enhance collaboration effectiveness and brand influence.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing teams, to promote the development and growth of our company's business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related fields preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in online education or internet industry marketing, with experience in KOL collaborations preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, able to establish good cooperation relationships with KOLs.
- Innovative thinking and marketing strategy capabilities, able to develop and execute effective KOL collaboration plans.
- Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking ability, able to discover problems and opportunities from data and propose effective solutions.
- Team spirit and proactive work attitude, able to withstand certain work pressure and challenges.
