We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join Achieve Group as a Banking & Finance Recruitment Sales Team Manager. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of Banking & Finance Recruitment Sales Consultants.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team targets are consistently met and exceeded.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Banking & Finance sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Recruitment Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with consultants to identify and attract top talent for Banking & Finance positions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking & Finance recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within the recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Banking & Finance sector and an established network within the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
