Marketing Manager/Head, Partnership

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager/Head, Partnership in Singapore to join our marketing team, whose mission is to position and establish Glints as the leading talent ecosystem of Southeast Asia, enabling Glints to be the preferred talent partner of employers in Singapore, Hong Kong and new markets we enter.


What You’ll Be Doing


We are seeking an exceptional commercial enthusiast to join our marketing team at Glints. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and have the opportunities to work on highly strategic business growth initiatives to deliver sustainable impact for our business.


You will be tapping into your creativity, customer-centricity and high EQ, coupled with passion for driving business growth, to build and execute highly successful and enduring marketing and communications initiatives to build brand visibility and awareness, and generate business leads and opportunities.


You will be building win-win partnerships with external partners in the ecosystem, and team up with internal sales, marketing and operations teams to deliver on targeted business goals and outcomes.


In this role, you will:

  • Build high-performing partnership networks for Glints - develop and manage corporate and B2B partnership networks with strategic players in the ecosystem; research, pitch, close and nurture partnerships and associated operations to deliver on business outcomes.
  • Build brand thought leadership and engagement with communities and media - Drive formulation and delivery of proprietary, thought-leading market insights; Collaborate with public relations agencies to proactively pursue earned media opportunities and coverages; Leverage owned and partners’ and customers’ network to deepen brand reach and market engagement.
  • Enabled geographical expansion of business footprint - Support new market penetration in Hong Kong, China and Australia by defining GTM strategy and working closely with commercial and marketing teams for initial launch operations and traction building.
  • Project manage other strategic marketing/commercial projects - Lead and manage plan-to-execution of high stake/priority projects at both corporate and business levels; e.g. Development and roll out of brand refresh.

Who We Are Looking For

  • ​​Bachelor's degree in business, consulting, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of work experience, with a proven track record of business growth enablement through network development and creative strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills; has a knack for putting people at ease and building relationships
  • Strong collaborator; has the ability to lead and boost cross-functional and external collaboration for expected output.
  • Strong negotiation skills; has a passion for closing deals, with hands-on experience in developing winning proposals.
  • Strong communicator; is an articulate, savvy communicator with ability to engage and convince,
  • Results-oriented; is an independent, motivated self-starter
  • Good time management, organization and prioritization skills; able to work fast, multi-task and adapt to changes
  • Effective problem-solver; able to think outside the box to devise new ideas and effective solutions.
  • Data-driven and analytical; able to evaluate opportunities through market research and data
  • Proficient in English language (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese is a plus (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in MsPowerpoint/Google Slides and MsExcel/Google Sheets
