Responsibilities
- Resolve day-to-day business application operational issues & requests within SLA
- Ensure day-to-day activities, projects / change requests are done in compliance with REC IT Control Policies & Procedures
- Liaise with key users and Business Process Owners (BPO) to identify pain points and problem areas that require IT solution. Then capture specific requirements, propose cost effective solution, coordinate activities and implement
- Prepare and maintain up to date business process flows, configuration documents, technical / functional specifications, test scenarios / case creation, conduct user acceptance testing & roll-out solutions
- Establish rapport with end users from different departments, other IT members, and vendors to meet targets & KPIs
Requirements
- Min Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business related with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Well-developed understanding and working experience on SAP (or any other ERP) modules such as PPE (Production Planning & Execution), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and TM (Transportation Management)
- Experience in SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) is preferred but not required, or experience in any other planning tool for Supply Chain Planning such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Netsuite, IBM, etc. will also be considered
- Must be able to do basic configurations in SAP or whichever applicable ERP / planning tool
- Integration experience with other legacy or 3rd party systems
