Position Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, overseeing all aspects of financial management for our construction projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing strategic financial insights and ensuring the overall financial health of our projects. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Analyze market trends, project costs, and financial risks to provide actionable insights.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on budget variances, providing proactive solutions to optimize financial performance.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Cost Management:
- Implement effective cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers to track and analyze project costs, identifying areas for improvement.
Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring the availability of funds for project milestones.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in financial management within the construction sector.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
