Project Management
- To manage the planning and running of assigned research programme(s) and projects, including managing the timelines and coordinating the execution of project plans and initiatives, tracking project performance, managing associated initiatives and publicity efforts, etc. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within timelines.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders on the ground coordination of projects including logistical planning and execution.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of associated initiatives and publicity plans separately or in conjunction with other major events.
- Manage approved funding and expenditure, including corresponding with funder, handling purchases and tracking the utilization of budget.
- Monitor progress of the projects and coordinate regular reviews with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in regulatory and IRB approvals for the research projects under the research programme(s), where necessary.
- Assist in preparation of relevant reports/ presentations/ materials
