Responsibilities:
- Deployment Leadership: Lead the deployment of Managed Services, emphasizing Security and Cloud technologies, within the Singapore region.
- User Connectivity: Establish and nurture connections with users in Japan to facilitate effective collaboration and information exchange.
- Benefit Realization: Drive the realization of benefits from Managed Services in Singapore, leveraging technical expertise and innovation.
- Technology Expertise: Manage the implementation and operation of Security and Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborative Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Managed Services into the broader technology landscape.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor service performance and identify areas for continuous improvement, working towards enhanced efficiency.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all deployed services comply with security and regulatory standards.
- Report to Country Head.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Information Technology or IT related.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in deploying and managing Managed Services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English is crucial.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields within the Japanese market.
- Familiarity with Japanese business etiquette and cultural norms.
- Proficiency in Security and Cloud technologies.
- Able to travel.
- Ability to thrive in a divernd cross-cultural environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of network and Server Operating system.
