Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm)
Remuneration Package: Basic + AWS + VB
Job Purpose:
1. Quality Control
- Monitors the KPI targets of FPY, DPM and OTB
- Analysis of defect trends and engaging stakeholders to resolve defects at root cause.
- Customer and OTB investigation and analysis
2. Process control
- Reviewing of test data of assigned product group and ensuring stability
- Update of internal work procedures and checklists for product groups.
- Develop FMEA and control plans of processes assigned.
3. Risk Assessment
- Reviewing of manufacturing practices for risks in Product and Safety risk with stakeholders.
- Recommendation of measures for risk reduction and mitigation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Production and System Acceptance and be assigned and responsible for product profile.
- Support and drive quality control for both internal (IQC) and external (OTB and customer defect) findings.
- Investigate the root causes of defects caused by System Acceptance or Production and will coordinate for short term containment as well as recommending appropriate improvements for prevention of recurrence.
- Using statistical process controls, and required to review and analysis data, ensuring stability of processes assigned for Production or System Acceptance.
- Develop critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis and provide insights to potential bottlenecks and resolving them at the root cause.
- Process control also includes periodic review and updating of all work procedures and checklists in accordance to ISO standards, and required to develop and maintain FMEA and control plans for the assigned processes.
- As a stakeholder of the product, you will conduct risk assessment with other stakeholders such as Quality Management, Production and Supplier Quality to highlight any product or human related safety risks for discussion and resolution.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma / Degree in relevant Engineering field
- Preferably possess at least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a Manufacturing or Automation environment
- Candidates that has experience in sustaining products in series phase (mass production stage) will be highly advantageous
- Ability to interface with different department and stakeholders
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong quality mindset
