- Oversee Mobile Repair and Retail Operation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Diagnose customer reported faults on electronic devices and identify software or hardware required to resolve faults
- Carry out repair solutions with software or hardware replacement to electronic devices eg. LCD, Battery and Camera.
- Able to do diagnostic test and identify malfunction of motherboard eg. Water Damaged / Sudden Dead / Error Code / Apple Logo / Auto Restart / Memory Upgrade / touch ic restore / Home Button Restore / Wifi ic / U2ic / Charging Ic / Display Ic
Requirement:
- Diploma in electronic engineering preferred or technical skills certificate with minimum GCE N levels or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in iPhone and Samsung phone repair(eg. change LCD display, battery, speaker, removal of camera for all current models)
- Or 3 years work experience in repair of any major brands smartphone.
- Experienced in repair most common ic chip problem by using soldering, blower on a motherboard will be expecting a higher salary of +$300 to $500 extra depend on the level of expertise.
