Mechanical Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities:
You as a Mechanical Engineer must be able to apply your skills and expertise to generate solutions that
require development or sustainment of new or improved techniques, procedures, or products. Your success
includes assisting with planning, conducting, and evaluating approaches to meet project objectives in a timely,
cost-effective fashion.
Successful Mechanical Engineers are self-motivated and work effectively in team or individual situations. They
have excellent communication skills and can handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED
- Be able to analyze, design, develop and maintain products and assist in commercialization to gain
- industrial insights and knowledge as an engineer such as design expertise.
- Assisting in identifying and organizing requirements and applying usability procedures and principles
- at project or product-line level or through customer input can help to gain insights if customer
- expectations and product knowledge.
- Being able to build prototypes, products and systems for testing and setting up and running laboratory
- simulations can aid and provide valuable insights of product design and materials
- Design testing procedures, coordinating testing and documenting results helps with both developing
- client presentation and gaining insights to further develop or improve product quality and understand
- customer needs.
- Conduct or participate in technical review such as requirements, specifications, design, codes and
- other artifacts to help with documenting and tracking which gains industry compliance and standards
- as an engineer
- Evaluate engineering approaches and risks to produce and iterate development which could enable
- you to feel empowered and gain responsibility in a long run.
- Mentor clients and field representatives this way you will understand clients needs and building
- meaningful relationships
- By contributing and identifying a lot of novel technical concepts to the market you would able to gain problem

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s, or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Eagerness to take on challenges and to learn new skills
