Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Managing Partner, you will be:Responsible for managing full spectrum finance activities (including billings and collections), strong business partner to over 50 fee earnersEnsure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, compliance to accounting standardsEngage with Partners, driving forecast, budget exercise, financial performance and KPI Drive system improvement projects, enhance reporting through automation
ProfileDegree qualified CA/CPA with at least 8 years of working experience as a finance professionalWorking experience with legal or professional services organisation is preferred Successful system implementation and knowledge in Elite software will be highly advantageousLeadership and working experience in a multinational set up, strong business acumen to manage senior stakeholdersComfortable with matrix reporting model, articulate and confident to present financial data to leadership team
