Job Description and Requirements
1. Reports to the Project Manager / Project Coordinator.
2. Responsible for all works in the project.
3. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
4. Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
5. Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
6. Plan the work and supervise the installation activities.
7. Check drawings for discrepancies among architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
8. Co-ordinate and control subcontractors.
9. Secure timely approval for samples and drawings.
