Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with current accounting practices.
- Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, including but not limited to:
- Purchasing and payables
- Cash receipts and receivables
- Intercompany balance and transaction reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registry and other asset and liabilities schedules
- Perform group consolidation to streamline financial reporting.
- Monthly review of entities’ and group's receivables, ensuring conformity to IFRS 15 and IFRS 109.
- Monthly review of entities’ and group's leases, ensuring conformity to IFRS 116.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly management reports, variance analysis, and commentaries against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Ensure timely preparation of Financial Statements, management reporting, cash flow, budget, and audited financial statements by Entity and Group.
- Check and ensure all audit schedules, payment vouchers, invoices, and credit notes are in order.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and bankers for all financial accounting matters.
- Manage and coordinate with outsourced accountants including but not limited to Australia and Japan.
- Possess knowledge of trust structures in Australia and Japan, a significant plus.
- Handle any other adhoc requests by the Head of Finance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in using finance systems and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Applicants with CA, CPA, or ACCA qualifications are a plus.
- Applicants with international, real estate, or relevant audit background are preferable.
