This position is responsible to manage procurement processes and ensure strict adherence to Halal compliance standards, assisting in the sourcing of Halal-certified products and suppliers within Creative Eateries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure that all procurement activities strictly adhere to Halal standards and regulations, including the sourcing of Halal-certified products and services
· Work with procurement team on tasks requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor interaction while considering Halal requirements.
· Filling of Halal certificates, supplier documents and record to ensure they follow Halal rules
· Coordinating delivery and logistics to outlets
· Liaise with Accounts, Operations, Outlets, Chefs and Supplier to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity
· Establish good supplier relationships to facilitate the smooth procurement operations
· Update outlets on product changes and information/specifications
REQUIREMENTS
· Certification in Halal compliance is a plus
· Administrative skills are ideal
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
· Detail-Oriented with strong organizational skills
· Openness to learning and improving in the role
· Ability to work independently and in a team
