Tech & Field (T&F) Engineer – Mechanical
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Tech & Field (T&F) Engineer you would be part of an adventures training and development program
designed to give selected Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
holders) who are mobile and have strong desire to learn about Field Operations and live the Field lifestyle.
This role will give you an opportunity to complete assignments in both Field Operations & Technology
Engineering & Manufacturing within just a few years of joining the Company. The Tech & Field program aims
to develop a population with experience in both Field and Engineering & Manufacturing.
- Must equip a deep understanding of how the output from Engineering & Manufacturing impacts the
- efficiency and effectiveness of the Field as this helps enhance your skills and understand expectations
- Improve understanding and communication between Engineering & Manufacturing and the Field tis
- fosters improved communication and understanding between engineering and manufacturing processes
- Increase your ability for future career moves between Engineering & Manufacturing and the Field as this
- helps diversify skill set and adapt to various work environments
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer 15 - 18 months of adventurous, extensive, and rigorous training program which comprises of PreSchool at one of our Learning centers in Middle East, Europe, or USA. Gain experience as a Field Engineer
Trainee in an assigned country based on the business line needs, before returning to the Engineering &
Manufacturing Technology Center in Singapore.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s, or bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Eagerness to take on challenges and to learn new skills
