Job Description
· Conduct culinary/baking practical training and assessment
· Conduct classroom training
· Manage the daily operations of baking studio to ensure smooth running of culinary/baking classes
Requirements
· Formal baking/culinary qualifications
· Min 3 years baking/culinary experience in F&B industry
· ACTA/ ACLP certified
· Independent with strong leadership and communication abilities
· Those with courseware development experience will be advantageous
