About the Company:
The company started with civil engineering projects and progressively expanded into addition and alteration, demolition, civil engineering, and general building works.
The company also has vast experience in construction of driving circuit for heavy vehicles, drainage and sewerage works, pipe laying and roadworks, as well as general building for both public and private projects.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of day to day HR operations from staff on-board to off-board
- Maintenance of employee data, information, and HR Related Documents to ensure all information are up to date
- Monitor and manage all employment work pass applications and renewals.
- Review company’s training requirements and gaps, and execute accordingly to close up the gaps
- In charge of training arrangement and co-ordination for all staffs
- Provide recruitment supports including but not limiting to advertising, screening, coordinating, and interviewing candidates
Requirements:
- Min. a Diploma in Business/Human Resource or relevant
- Preferably min. 2 years’ Human Resource experience
- Good time management and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.
- Proficient in labor law and work passes latest updates
