Job Description:
- Training and Education
- Conduct training needs analysis to determine skills/knowledge gap.
- Plan, develop, coordinate/conduct orientation and in-house training and education program.
- Support the Nurse Manager in investigating ward incidents of nursing students.
- Support the Nurse Manager to maintain consistent compliance in standards of patient care by:
- Providing supervision to all grades of nurses, including nursing students.
- Serve as a role model in clinical practices and standards.
- Work with Nurse Clinician to develop audit tools to monitor nursing care practices.
- Strengthen the link between clinical nursing and research.
Job Requirements:
Min Degree in Nursing or similar with min 6 years of relevant clinical experience, in geriatric or palliative settings
