We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user experiences and interfaces for our digital products. You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing.

Salary up to $3,800
Responsibilities:
- Understand the questionnaire flow to come up with a suitable user interface and validation criteria.
- Create surveys in system by building questions, branching and error prompts.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly solutions to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Perform user acceptance testing, debugging of system issues and follow up with users on deployment/system issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the survey.
- Document information from surveys creation to allow others to replicate the steps.
- Independent in handling surveys end-to-end; including dealing with issues arising from survey system.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Degree holder
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
- Experience in UI/UX
- Analytical and logical thinking
