Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for friendly, mature and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availibility.
*Chiropractic Assistant experiences is a MUST, Candidates with Chiropractic Clinic Assistant experiences will be only considered.
*Candidates not eligible to work in Singapore should not apply for this role
*Fluent English is needed in order to communicate effectively with patients.
Your duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty.
- Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
- Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
- Following up with patients
- Assist the doctors in the day to day operation.
- Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills required:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak & write in fluent English
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Weekend availability
Opening hours:
5 days work week, rest day on 1 week day & Sunday off
Mon: 9am-7.30pm
Tues: 9am - 6pm
Wed: Closed
Thurs: 9am - 7.30pm
Fri: 9am - 6pm
Sat: 9am - 1pm
Sun: Closed
