- Strong in articulating concepts and ideas in clear and precise manner

- Scripting, processing and delivery of accurate survey datasets to clients
- Maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
- Any Bachelor’s degree. (Majors in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, Computing, or any numerical fields preferred)
- At least 5 years of working experience, with leadership roles
- Excellent presentation, communication and public speaking skills
- Analytical with attention to details
- Highly comfortable dealing with large datasets using software (eg. SPSS, R, Python, Power BI etc.)
- Competency with Microsoft Office, and intermediate to advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel
- Familiarity with scripting and data collection platforms (e.g. WinCATI, Sensus, Forsta) an added advantage
- Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages - Chinese, Malay or Tamil (to handle multilingual stakeholders)
