Admin Officer (Social Service Agency)

1. Front desk and telephone reception

  • Answer telephone calls and direct to colleagues as appropriate
  • Attend to enquiries from public (walk-in or telephone call)
  • Receive clients and visitors

2. Finance administrative support

  • Preparation of payment vouchers and claims
  • Preparation of reports as required
  • Banking and managing petty cash float duties

3. General Administrative support

  • Mails – handles postage, collection of mails and distribution
  • Manage stationery (track inventory, issues and top ups)
  • Monitor pantry supplies and top ups
  • Assist in administrative support, co-ordination, reporting and updates
  • Sorting, scanning and filing of documents
  • Maintain and keep proper records of documents
  • Application of training grants, subsidies, GIRO application and other vendor’s application
  • Any other ad hoc related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficient with computer especially in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Meticulous, good initiative and able to work independently
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Well organised, team work with good work attitude
