Job Descriptions:
- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring in the tendering process.
- Timely management of tender activities.
- Obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers/vendors according to tender/contract requirements.
- Handles progress claims, variation orders & finalization of accounts.
- Attends site meetings with clients when required.
- Liaise with Consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by QS Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Proficient in Cubicost Glodon will be a plus.
