• Provide timely reporting of the Group and Business Units’ result including financial analysis and financial information for management to monitor performance and formulate business decision.
• Manage all aspects of financial matters including accounting, financial control, financial reporting, variance analysis.
• Ensure all transactional activities are carried out in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure proper internal controls are in placed to safeguard the interest of the company and compliances to corporate policies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Corp Development, legal) and also external auditors and relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with accounting, tax, legislative and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage year end Group audit reporting, and local statutory reporting process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Responsible for the accounting policies of the Group to ensure consistency among all the entities in the Group and compliance within the Group and Shareholder’s accounting guidelines.
• Support portfolio companies on financial matters.
• Provide advice to the local team on all accounting-related matters.
