Job Description:
- Prepare and organize materials and packaging for daily production.
- Assist in the entire production process, including labeling bottles, filling, and transporting products.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper condition of work areas and department equipment.
- Manage comprehensive documentation, including recording, updating, issuance, and maintenance, from pre-weighing to handover to the warehouse.
- Support both internal and external audits for compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Source raw materials, send email inquiries for quotations, and check stock availability. If raw materials are obsolete, seek alternatives and conduct pre-tests before purchasing.
- Provide coaching and guidance to new employees.
- Assist in generating purchase requisitions for raw materials and collaborate with management to plan production schedules based on inventory levels.
- Ensure that production operators, working environments, and manufacturing processes adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate within a team to ensure smooth production processes and learn the entire production operation flow, assisting employees in achieving daily output targets.
- Create, update, and maintain the SAP system.
- Actively participate in monthly staff meetings, providing feedback, and suggestions, and highlighting relevant issues.
- Undertake other projects and assignments as instructed or delegated by management and the director.
Qualifications:
- Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of manufacturing work experience required.
- Strong independent thinker with a focus on objective decision-making and integrity.
- Enthusiastic about learning and hands-on work.
- Excellent communication skills for team training, coaching, and client/associate interactions.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards is a plus.
- Computer literacy is essential.
