Job Scopes
- Assist in managing investor relations functions such as preparing communications material relating to SGX announcements, half yearly financial results
- Manage the entire Annual Report production including the sustainability reports and be able to assist Finance Department in the required parts of the Annual Reports
- Work with company secretarial service provider in the preparation, coordination, and conduct of the Annual Shareholder Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting
- Drafting and preparation of FAQs for AGM and all IR events
- Manage, review, and update corporate website
- Carry out any other tasks that the Company may require from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing investor relations function in a public listed company
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and also being a strong team player
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Prefer able to start immediately
