Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
· Collaborating with preschool principals and the marketing team to plan events such as parental talks, open houses, family days, and other marketing campaigns.
· Visiting schools to observe and evaluate teachers and lessons.
· Providing training in both English and occasionally in Chinese to existing and new teachers about the brand, curriculum, SOPs, and areas where teachers need improvement.
· Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirement:
· Diploma in preschool teaching or Diploma in leadership.
· At least four years of experience working in a preschool.
· Fluent in English and able to communicate in Mandarin.
