Role Purpose

The role is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating the roll out of marketing initiatives to support our Capital Markets business in the APAC as well as our Capital Markets global strategic growth service opportunities across key markets and target investors (i.e., China (market), Private Wealth (investor person), International Residential (sector)). The person in this role will partner with the Capital Markets Global leadership team, with a special focus on the APAC Capital Markets Leadership team (APAC EC) as well as the APAC Marketing organization, associated business, research, centres of excellence (i.e., digital, brand, communication, etc.) and country marketing teams (GEOs) to support the Capital Markets business growth and strengthen JLL’s market positioning through planning and development of global / regional marketing campaigns. Duties will include marketing planning, campaign development, co-ordination of rollouts, digital marketing, events strategy, content and collateral development/distribution and support of CM communications (internal and external). This role is also a people leader role in which the appointed candidate will manage one direct report (APAC Capital Markets Regional & Global Growth Marketing Manager).


What this job involves


Marketing Alignment & Development:

  • Business Alignment - Work as part of a team to ensure that all marketing activities across the APAC region and globally (product / service / sectors) are aligned with the broader Capital Markets growth strategy and business priorities.
  • Marketing Development and Execution Support – Develop campaigns, tactical plans and co-coordination of rollouts as required working closely with key stakeholders in Capital Markets, marketing teams (GEOs) as well as internal centers of excellence (COEs = digital, brand, comms, events, etc.).
  • Project Management Coordination – Partner with the GEO marketing teams on projects to support the delivery of the wider Capital Markets marketing strategy, global + regional marketing campaigns as appropriate across the business line both centrally and across APAC markets.

Marketing:

  • Content Marketing – Work closely with the research and editorial content teams as well as wider business to develop content strategies, coordinate their output and their integration into marketing campaigns to amplify JLL’s thought leadership across strategic topics such as Capital, Sectors, and Products.
  • Digital Marketing: Partner with the Digital COE to coordinate the development and delivery of digital solutions for internal and external Capital Markets initiatives with a strong focus on social & paid digital media and JLL.com.
  • Collateral Development – Manage the development and publication of global and regional marketing collaterals, aligned with Capital Markets’ global value proposition and messaging, which includes brochures, capability statements, videos, content plans and other promotional materials to support global marketing initiatives.
  • Client Communications – Partner with the Communication COE to coordinate the compilation, creation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc client communications, including effective use of the firm’s client relationship management (CRM) system and support strategic internal initiatives.
  • Event Management – Partner with the GEOs marketing teams to support both clients’ and internal events - including content strategy, messaging, and creative execution.
  • Brand Management – Provide advice and guidance to business stakeholders in the application of JLL’s brand guidelines as they relate to client or vendor-specific applications
  • Measurement – Provide measurement and ROI analysis across projects and campaigns

Administration:

  • Work with Creative Services (the firm’s internal production team) to ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the JLL’s brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, when required, to save cost or add value to the development of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain project files, including budgets, production schedules, and completed samples
  • Track marketing and communications metrics and generate monthly/quarterly reports

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

  • Education to degree standard or equivalent
  • Excellent product marketing planning, development, and execution skills with a proven ability to deliver multi market, multi-channel marketing and communication campaigns.
  • An understanding of real estate markets is a key component for the ideal candidate.
  • Understanding of digital marketing processes, techniques, and tactics.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at the most senior of levels and manage complex projects across multiple services and geographies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal (COEs and GEOs) and external (creative and media agencies) partners.
  • Excellent English written/ verbal communication skills.
  • 12+ years marketing work experience in progressive, fast paced organisations, preferably multinational corporations in professional service industries.
  • Proactive, flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines and be prepared to travel globally as required.
