Our client is from Education Industry and is a private tertiary institution. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Adminstrative Executive to join their Admin Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central area – easily accessible.
Duties of Administrative Executive:
- Support schools in preparing documents for CPE registration, ensuring completeness.
- Review and verify documentation for new program registration, updates, and lecturer registration.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for program registration, accreditation, and renewal with CPE.
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including CPE and University Partnerships, on registration matters.
- Ensure Academy partnership activities comply with regulatory frameworks and country standards.
- Manage data compilation for company requirements.
- Offer general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field
- At least 1-year admin experience in any industry, experience in Education Industry is an added advantage
