Job Scope :
- Lead component level FA analysis in the Lab
- Work closely with Production and manage the FA process in a streamlined
- Lead FA process improvement
- Responsible for final consolidation of FA reports
- Arrange FA process review with engineers and Plant.
- Support Engineers for all lab related activities.( soldering rework, harness fabrication, proto build)
- Work closely with engineers for equipment procurement, installations
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
- Candidate without experience are welcome
- Able to perform X-ray/C-Sam on semiconductor device.
- Able to perform grinding and decap on semiconductor device
- Familiar with typical test equipment power supply, oscilloscope, datalogger, etc.
- Experience in soldering/rework/proto build is an advantage
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
