*Job Description:*

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in restaurant management. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant operations, customer service, and team leadership.


*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Training and Development:* Participate in structured training programs to learn about restaurant operations, including kitchen management, front-of-house procedures, and customer service standards.

2. *Customer Service:* Assist in providing excellent service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

3. *Operational Support:* Learn and perform tasks related to opening and closing procedures, table management, and reservation coordination.

4. *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with restaurant staff to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

5. *Quality Control:* Gain an understanding of food safety protocols and quality standards, assisting in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.

6. *Inventory Management:* Learn to monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness.

7. *Adaptability:* Rotate through various departments within the restaurant to gain exposure to different roles and responsibilities.

8. *Project Participation:* Contribute ideas and assist in implementing new initiatives or promotional activities to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.


*Requirements:*

1. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2. Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a strong interest in Korean cuisine and culture.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

4. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

5. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
