Job Responsibilities
● To check and ensure the quality of vehicle leaving the work bay (IPQC) and workshop.
● Work with Workshop Supervisor to maintain workshop and gov EH&S requirements.
● To maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
● Ensure on time delivery of repair vehicle.
● To maintain own labour Productivity, Utilization and OT/Hrs sold.
● Ensure all Body respray work is carries out by using TMC standard or Paint Manufactures Repair manner.
● Contribution of Kaizen Idea.
Job Requirements
● Minimum of 3 years work experience in the industry.
● Certified with Toyota TEAM Paint Step 1-3.
● Strong technical knowledge and skill onPaint Application, Dry Sanding techniques, Plastic (PU) parts and complete car painting, replicate ‘OEM’ surf texture and fine-colour mixing pearlescent.
● Excellent work relation with MCA and Workshop Supervisor to resolve customer issue.
● Valid Driving License.
