Job Description
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Engage with customers via various channels to address their queries promptly and efficiently.
- Recording Sales Data & Analyzing Reports: Maintain records of sales transactions and generate analytical reports to assess performance.
- Optimizing Response Systems: Enhance customer conversion rates by refining response systems.
- Collaborating with Sales Team: Contribute to strategy discussions with the sales team, offering effective solutions and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates/Diploma/Degree holders.
- Proficiency in three languages: Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Strong organizational skills for prioritizing and planning work activities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Willingness to engage with customers via phone for extended periods.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Dynamic, independent, reliable, and responsible.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL) with excellent networking and presentation skills.
