Job Responsibilities
- Monitor executive day to day activities/events to team to ensure every required support & demand are delivered to all relevant parties (E.g.: internal and external customers).
- To ensure the flow of the work go smoothly.
- Identify and resolve related issue to maximize the efficiency in terms of time, resources as well as costs.
- Implement operational plans to improve and track all the work processes in compliance with organisational requirements.
- Reporting daily activities of team & department and highlighting issues that is considerably concern.
- Liaise with & amend to enquiries from the partners, clients and teams.
- Driving business growth within a company
- Any other ad-hoc if required.
