3. Comprehensive training
- Will be attached to a Montessori classroom and trained by our senior teacher/in-house trainer for the initial stage of training before being assigned to the new centre
Requirements

2. Passion for early childhood education and true Montessori Method of Education 对于幼儿教育及真正的蒙特梭利教育抱有热忱
3. Must be ECDA L1/L2 certified 必须持有ECDA认证的L1/L2
Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and teaching philosophy
2. Maintain children's observation records and their progress reports to meet their individual developmental needs
3. Prepare children's portfolios for PTC sessions in accordance with the school's PTC schedules.
4. Establish and maintain good communications and relationships with parents
5. Be responsible for children's general well-being in areas concerning social behaviour, safety and hygiene
6. Work closely with parents, colleagues, and management to maintain a high standard of childcare service
7. Able to/Learn how to guide and lead the support team in your classroom
