Job Description
Marketing Activities
- Develop PowerPoint slide decks for presentations to stakeholders - management, dealers
- Consolidate and conduct data analysis and CRM to support activities of dealers who are responsible for the Sales and they are based across SEA markets
Sales Activities
- Handle sales enquiries that come in via email/telephone
- Prepare quotations for dealers, including the processes of order processing
- Monitor the dealers' inventory system, provide the relevant sales forecast and monthly reports
The Successful Applicant
- About 1 year of B2B experience, comfortable with the Construction and Heavy Machinery industry
- Experienced in Inside Sales support activities (ie. quotation, order processing, updating forecast sheets)
- Proficient in developing PowerPoint slides for presentations and conducting simple data analysis with Excel
