Accounting & Administrative Assistant
Location: Ubi Avenue
Working Days: 5 days
Working hours : 9 a.m to 6 p.m
Salary : $4000 - $5000
Requirement
- Maintaining monthly full sets of accounts for overseas subsidiaries on real time basis and co-ordinating with banks.
- Update overseas internet sales including inventories and perform reconciliations timely and accurately.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available immediately when needed.
- Assist with local warehouse team in upkeep of inventories on weekly basis. Assist with other accounting projects as assigned.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
- 5 years and above of related experience.
