The Assistant to Naturopathic Therapist will play a vital role in supporting our naturopathic therapists in delivering exceptional care to our female clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the therapists with client interactions, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the naturopathic therapist in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and organized.
- Greet and check-in clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Assist in client intake processes, including gathering health histories and relevant information.
- Prepare supplies and equipment for clients use.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, treatment rooms and the inventory of therapy supplies in each room.
Qualifications
- A strong interest in naturopathy, holistic health, and wellness.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
- A commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the naturopathic field.
- VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Diploma In Holistic Massage is required.
- Must be able to converse fluently in Mandarin
