We are seeking an experienced female naturopathic consultant of at least 3 years to join our growing team. As a naturopathic consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and providing natural healing to our female clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive patient profiling and develop treatment plans that involve natural therapies, such as herbal remedies, homeopathy and nutritional counselling. You will also have to do staff training on familiarization of therapies provided, staff etiquette and equipment operations. Frequent travelling to China / Taiwan to aquire new treatments and equipments is also a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Educating patients on self-care practices
- Monitoring patient progress
- Collaborating with other professionals locally & overseas
- Providing health education training
- Conducting research on latest Naturopathic Treatments
- Maintaining ethical standards
- Continuous professional development & training to our staff
Qualifications / Requirements:
- VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Diploma In Holistic Massage (Required).
- Qualifications either in naturopathic, homeopathy or relevant. (Nutrition studies not considered)
- Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin to our Mandarin speaking clients and staff. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a naturopathic consultant
- Strong knowledge of natural therapies, such as herbal remedies and homeopathy.
- Strong knowledge in quantum and nano techology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong research and analytical skills
- High ethical standards and a commitment to patient care
- Able to quickly learn to operate machines and train staff as well
- Able to travel at short notice
Working hours are from 8.30am to 8.30pm Mondays to Saturdays including 1 hour break time.
OT is required, depending on client's appointment for that day.
