Responsiblities
- Take charge of day-to-day sales operations, and attend to walk-in customers.
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries, preparing quotations and proposals
- Develop, identify, and create new sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers
- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain and expand the company's existing client base to achieve sales targets and business goals
- Build rapport with existing customers to achieve continuous support by constantly monitoring their progress and attending to their needs
- Follow up and update the status of the quoted project to maximize the possibility of securing the project.
- Update and provide monthly sales forecasts and progress reports as and when required.
- Ad-hoc assigned related to Sales matters
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 Years of sales or sales admin experience
- Min Diploma in Business Administration or related major
- Good negotiation skills, self-driven and results-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer service oriented
- Adaptable and flexible
- Pleasant personality and ability to work in teams
