Job Summary:
The QA Assistant is responsible for compiling manufacturing record books (MRB) for customers and reviewing quality records to ensure compliance to requirements.
Responsibilities:
- QA Assistant report directly to QA Manager and functionally to Plant Support Team Lead for job prioritization.
- Compilation of manufacturing record book (MRB) for customers in accordance with Company Engineering Bill-of-Material.
- Generate and issue Certificates of Compliance (COC) per Company policy.
- Liaise with respective departments, suppliers and customer representatives.
- Review and release of Quality records (in-house and supplier) in accordance with Company Engineering Bill-of-Material.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- ITE Certificate in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or A-level with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience in documentation control or Oil & Gas Industry will be advantage.
- Good working knowledge and application of PDF Writer and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.
