Job Description for Service Improvement Officer
· Conduct performance review with drivers to improve service performance
· Identify recalcitrant drivers and take appropriate actions to deal with drivers, including termination of their service
· Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job requirements
· GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level
· Has 2-3 years relevant experience work in role that requires investigation work
· Basic command of English and Mandarin
· Proficient in basic Microsoft office (PowerPoint,Excel, Word)
· Knowledge of dialect is preferred
