The Executive will support the Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) department of SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH) in matters relating to the following areas:
You will provide support in reporting data for the various scorecards and work with respective clinical services to track IPC performance indicators. You will provide support in training programme to increase the awareness of hospital staff on the infection control measures. You will assist in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the improvement process of Infection Prevention quality patient care and safety for the hospital. You will ensure that the existing standards and guidelines of applicable professional organisation and regulatory government agencies are incorporated into the Infection Prevention & Control program. You will assist in any other work as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biological Science, Applied Science or any other degrees in healthcare preferred
- Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good writing skills, meticulous and organised with good planning skills
- Able to work independently, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in infection control, quality, data analytics, or patient safety in healthcare setting will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Powerpoint, Word and Excel
