Summary of the Role

This position is expected to base in Singapore but supporting in SEA with focus in both presales and post-sales activities. He/she is expected to support Sales on crafting out solution proposal or response to Request For Proposal (RFP) and take the lead in ensuring implementation of Cybersecurity software is successfully delivered. The suitable candidate is likely a person with strong determination, can-do attitude and analytical Cybersecurity professional with hands-on system implementation experience in Cybersecurity technology.

Background

As part of the growth plan, CNAV is looking for more Cybersecurity professionals to undertake key roles. This role will be based in Singapore but is expected to support our sister companies in the SEA region ie Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. The right candidate is probably an experienced Cybersecurity professional that is still hands-on in implementing different technology. He/she must also possess ‘can-do’ attitude with analytical mind. Due to the emerging nature of the products undertaken by CNAV, this role must be prepared to learn globally leading Cybersecurity products in short timeframe.

Duties

The expected duties of this role are as follow:

1. As a Lead of project implementation team to

• Manage Cybersecurity (in particular Data Security and Data Privacy) implementation project
• Conduct Assess and Design Workshop for customers
• Mentor junior in ensuring the installation and configuration is completed in time with the expected quality
• Conduct System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Operational Acceptance Testing as needed
• Manage customers' expectation to achieve a win-win for both
• Develop Framework to map to industry standard like NIST CSF etc

2. As a member of presales team to

• Lead the proposal development
• Research solution if applicable
• Lead the present of the proposal
• Speak in Cybersecurity event to create awareness

Qualification

1. Either Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity with at least 6 years of solid implementation of Cybersecurity technology experience

2. Good interest in learning new technical skills with ability to handle the stress in troubleshooting issues

3. Candidate with prior experience in the following products will be an advantage:

• Securiti Data Privacy Automation, Data Security Posture Management and GenAI under Data Command Center solution
• OpenText Voltage SecureData and Structured Data Manager solution
• Rubrik Cyber Recovery solution
• Symantec/Trellix/Skyhigh/Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution
• Symantec/Trellix Endpoint Protection (SEP) solution

4) Strong understanding of TCPIP, Internetworking, Firewalls, IDS and IPS

5) Good exposure into scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET or Low-code Development platform

6) Administrator-level of skillset in MS Windows, Linux, SUN Solaris or AIX

7) Good experience in Cloud technology with AWS, Azure and GCP preferred

8) Administrator-level experience of databases such as MSSQL, Oracle etc

9) Good interpersonal communication skill

10) Must be able to speak English fluently

11) Able to speak other languages like Mandarin, Bahasa, Vietnamese is an advantage

12) Passionate about achieving customer satisfaction

13) Ability to pick up new technology online within short-timeframe

14) Any industry Security Certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent is preferred

15) Vendors’ product certification is an added advantage

16) Must be able to work without supervision
