- Position Title: Sales Admin Coordinator
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (8.30 am – 5.30 pm), Sat (8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process sales invoices and delivery orders (D/O).
- Provide coordination support to the sales team.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and other duties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend customers’ inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placements.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Experience in sales coordination is preferred.
- Competent with MS Office and computer skills.
- Good team player, and able to work independently.
