- Leading project planning sessions for China and Singapore Market
- Coordinating staff and internal resources in China and Singapore
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in China and Singapore
- Designing and signing off on contracts
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Designing risk mitigation plan
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Overseeing project cost management strategy and aligning with the organization’s financial requirements.
- Managing large and diverse teams in China and Singapore
- Budgeting and forecasting for the China and Singapore business
- Verbal and written communicate in Mandarin with Investor & Partner in China
- Verbal and written communicate in Mandarin with Investor & Partner in Singapore
- Required travel to China in monthly basis with min stay of 10 to 14 days per month.
